2. Referrer's Responsibilities
By referring someone to Adirai.in, you ("Referrer") agree to the following:

A. Vouching for Authenticity

• You personally know the person you are referring
• You confirm they are genuinely from Adirampattinam or surrounding areas
• You verify their identity and intentions for joining
• You ensure they understand and agree to follow community rules

B. Display of Referrer Information

• Your name and contact information will be publicly displayed on the referred person's profile
• Your referral status will be visible: "Invited by [Your Name]"
• Members can see all referrals made by you

C. Joint Responsibility

• You share responsibility for the posts made by the person you referred
• If the referred person violates community rules, you may be contacted
• You agree to guide and mentor the referred person on proper platform usage
• You may be asked to help resolve issues involving your referrals

D. Ongoing Supervision

• You should periodically check on your referrals' activities
• Report any concerning behavior by your referrals immediately
• Help educate new members about community values
• Assist in resolving disputes involving your referrals when possible

3. Referred Member's Obligations, The person being referred ("New Member") agrees that:

• They understand their referrer is vouching for them
• They will contact their referrer for guidance when needed
• Their referrer's information is displayed on their profile
• They acknowledge their referrer may be contacted about their activities

5. Consequences for Referral Violations

• All referrals reviewed and possibly removed
• Referrer may face platform suspension

6. How the Referral System Works

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Current member (Referrer) invites new person
2. New person registers using referral link/code
3. System records referrer-new member connection
4. Referrer's information displayed on new member's profile
5. Referrer receives notification of successful referral
6. Both parties acknowledge shared responsibility

7. Display Format for Referral Information

On each member's profile, the following will display: Text

Invited By: [Referrer Name] - [Referrer Contact]

Referrer Status: Active/Inactive

Referrers can see their referral network in "My Network" section showing:

• Total referrals made
• Active referrals
• Referrals requiring attention

8. Special Cases & Exceptions

A. Self-Registration (No Referrer)

• Members can join without referral through admin verification
• Takes longer (up to 72 hours for verification)
• Limited initial posting privileges

B. Multiple Referrals to Same Person

• System prevents duplicate referrals
• Subsequent attempts are blocked

C. Referrer Leaving Platform

• If referrer deactivates account, referrals become "Orphaned"
• Orphaned referrals assigned to community admins
• Original referrer information remains in history

9. Community Referral Agreement

By using the referral system, you agree to:

• Admin have the right to add and delete the article if it is violating our guidelines.
