Adirampattinam Global Community Platform - Terms of Service & Legal Agreement

1. Platform Definition & Absolute Disclaimer of Liability
This Adirampattinam Community Hub (“the Platform”) is a digital bulletin board and interactive computer service designed exclusively as a community facilitation tool. We function strictly as an intermediary and passive hosting service under relevant cyber laws (including but not limited to India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and similar global intermediary frameworks). We do not create, curate, verify, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of any user-generated content, communication, or transaction. All interactions are solely between users. The Platform, its owners, administrators, and affiliates hereby disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permissible by law.

2. User’s Sole, Absolute, and Unavoidable Liability
By accessing and using this Platform to post content, you (“the User”) enter into a binding legal agreement. You hereby accept complete and unconditional liability for all consequences arising from your activity. This includes, but is not limited to, legal, financial, civil, and criminal liability. You warrant and represent that any content you publish:

• Is factually accurate and not misleading or fraudulent.
• Is fully compliant with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where the content is accessible.
• Does not constitute hate speech, defamation, harassment, bullying, or a personal attack against any individual, group, government body (central, state, or local), law enforcement agency, or private entity.
• Does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent) or privacy/publicity rights.
• Is not obscene, pornographic, sexually exploitative, or harmful to minors.

3. Indemnification Clause (User’s Financial Guarantee)
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Adirampattinam Community Platform, its operators, hosts, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal and attorney fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another party.
  This indemnity obligation is a core condition of your use and survives termination of your access.

4. Category-Specific Guidelines & User Due Diligence Mandate
You acknowledge the unique risks associated with each posting category and assume all attendant risks:

• News Publishing: You are the publisher and editor. You are liable for defamation, spreading false information, and incitement. Verify facts from primary sources before posting.
• Business/Shop/Professional Data: You must provide truthful descriptions. Misleading advertisements violate consumer protection laws (e.g., Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India).
• Job Postings: You must be a legitimate employer or recruiter. Fake job offers, advance fee frauds, or recruitment scams are serious crimes. Clearly state the company, role, and compensation.
• Buy/Sell/Rental/Real Estate: EXTREME CAUTION ADVISED. All transactions are peer-to-peer. The Platform is not an escrow agent. You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of persons, items, and property titles. Meet in safe public places for exchanges. Report suspicious activity immediately. We assume zero liability for bad deals, faulty goods, or fraudulent transactions.
• Image Sharing: You confirm you own the copyright or have explicit permission to share every image. Images must be relevant and must not contain illegal, explicit, or infringing content.

5. Social Responsibility & Community Ethos Pledge
This Platform serves the global Adirampattinam diaspora, including children, women, and men of all ages and backgrounds. It is a community asset built on trust. By using it, you pledge to:

• Uphold the highest standards of truthfulness and integrity.
• Respect the dignity, privacy, and safety of all community members.
• Use this channel to empower, connect, and strengthen the socio-economic fabric of the community, not to divide or harm it.
• Proactively report any content that violates these Terms or threatens community safety.

6. Platform’s Unilateral Rights
We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to:

• Modify, reject, or remove any content for any reason.
• Suspend or terminate any user’s access.
• Change these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. LEGALLY BINDING POSTING AGREEMENT
By clicking “I Agree” and submitting content, I SWEAR AND LEGALLY ATTEST that:

• I have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms in full.
• I am the SOLE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE PARTY for this post in the category of [User Selects: News/Business/Jobs/Real Estate/etc.].
• I am aware that CYBER LAWS HAVE STRICT PUNISHMENTS, including fines and imprisonment, for illegal posts.
• I WILL INDEMNIFY THE PLATFORM for any loss arising from my post.
